2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the website or interfere with another person's use of it. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the website is accurate and up to date. However, event details, timings, availability, pricing and other information may occasionally change.
We reserve the right to update, amend or withdraw content from the website where reasonably necessary.
3. Tickets and Bookings
Tickets and bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued. You are responsible for checking the details of your booking before completing your purchase, including the date, time, event, number of tickets and any applicable age restrictions. Tickets are issued to the person making the booking and must not be resold for commercial gain without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to refuse admission where a ticket has been obtained fraudulently, duplicated, altered or otherwise improperly obtained.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (£) and, where applicable, include VAT.
Prices may change from time to time. Any change in price will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available through the website. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or typographical errors. If an incorrect price has been displayed and you have not yet completed your purchase, we may contact you before accepting the booking.
5. Cancellations, Refunds and Event Changes
Unless otherwise stated for a particular event, tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased.
Where an event is cancelled by us, we will provide a refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. If an event is postponed or materially changed, we will notify ticket holders using the contact details provided at the time of booking and explain any available options. We are not responsible for costs incurred independently of the ticket purchase, including travel, accommodation or other expenses, unless required by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
6. Admission and Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask a guest to leave where reasonably necessary for the safety, security or enjoyment of guests, staff, performers or other visitors.
Admission may be subject to an event's stated age restrictions, dress requirements or other conditions. Guests must comply with reasonable instructions from Adelphi Art House staff and security personnel. No refund will ordinarily be provided where a guest is refused admission or asked to leave because of a breach of these Terms & Conditions or reasonable venue rules.
7. Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, performers, artists and other guests.
We do not tolerate abusive, threatening, discriminatory or violent behaviour, harassment, intimidation or behaviour that creates a risk to others. The possession or use of illegal substances or prohibited items is not permitted. Any damage caused deliberately or through unreasonable behaviour may result in the responsible person being held liable for the associated costs, subject to applicable law.
8. Age Restrictions
Certain events may be subject to minimum age requirements. Where an age restriction applies, this will be stated clearly in the event information. We may require proof of age before admission. Acceptable identification may include a valid passport, driving licence or other government-issued photographic identification. Guests who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age where it is required may be refused admission.
9. Photography, Filming and Recording
Photography, filming and audio recording may take place at Adelphi Art House during events for archival, promotional, editorial or social media purposes.
By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs or recordings. Where appropriate, signage will be displayed at the venue to notify guests of photography or filming. If you have a specific concern about being photographed or recorded, please speak to a member of staff on arrival.
10. Accessibility
We aim to make Adelphi Art House accessible and welcoming to all guests. If you have accessibility requirements, we encourage you to contact us before attending so that we can discuss the facilities and arrangements available for the relevant event. Accessibility can vary depending on the nature and configuration of an event.
11. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings while visiting Adelphi Art House.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except where we are legally responsible. Where a cloakroom or storage facility is provided, separate conditions may apply.
12. Food and Drink
Where food and drink are available, they may be subject to separate terms, menus and pricing.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about allergens and dietary requirements. However, guests with serious allergies or specific dietary requirements should notify us in advance and speak to a member of staff before consuming food or drink. Alcohol may only be supplied and consumed in accordance with applicable licensing laws and venue policies.
13. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
Promotional offers, discount codes and other benefits are subject to any specific conditions stated alongside the offer. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes may not be combined with other offers, exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
